About
Fresh Start: Sobriety and Re-entry Basics is a practical digital curriculum for justice-involved adults rebuilding their lives through substance-use recovery. Across two focused learning units, learners will build foundational sobriety skills, understand relapse risk and coping strategies, and translate recovery goals into realistic re-entry plans. You’ll learn how to ask for help effectively, map community and support resources, and strengthen personal accountability through weekly reflection. The course is designed to support inquiry from interested organizations and to help participants leave with clear next steps: a personal recovery plan, a safer routine, and a re-entry checklist aligned with their goals. Join to gain confidence, reduce uncertainty, and start building stability—one decision at a time.
