Turn Empty Time Into Meaningful Recovery.

Build Healthy Routines. Discover New Interests. Create a Life With Purpose.

The Boredom & Recovery curriculum is a structured, trauma-informed educational program designed to help individuals understand how boredom, isolation, lack of structure, and unproductive free time can contribute to relapse vulnerability.

Through practical exercises, guided self-reflection, and skills-based learning, participants explore the connection between boredom, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They learn to develop healthy routines, discover meaningful interests, strengthen social connections, and create realistic strategies for managing unstructured time.

The program emphasizes building a balanced, purposeful lifestyle that supports emotional well-being, personal growth, and long-term recovery.
